Andrew Basiago’s Time-Travel Revelations: Unraveling the Pegasus Project

Time travel, an ancient and mysterious concept, has always sparked immense interest among science enthusiasts and science fiction aficionados alike. The enchanting experience of witnessing protagonists traverse through time, crossing different historical eras and future worlds, captivates the imagination. However, the possibility of time travel in reality has long been met with skepticism and curiosity from both the scientific community and the general public. The narrative of Andrew Basiago, a figure who claims to have participated in time-travel experiences, has stirred widespread controversy and attention.

Andrew Basiago’s account revolves around a mysterious “Project Pegasus,” purportedly conducted by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), with the aim of developing technology enabling instantaneous travel beyond the speed of light. According to Basiago, he was one of the experimenters in this project, utilizing a device known as the “Jump Room” to successfully engage in time travel, traversing the past, future, and even reaching Mars. However, the veracity of such a story requires in-depth research and analysis.

The purpose of this article is to examine Basiago’s claims and evaluate their credibility, delving into the alleged “Project Pegasus” to discern whether it is merely a facet of science fiction or if there might be a basis in reality. Through an exploration of his narrative, the evidence provided, and the reactions from the scientific community, we aim to unveil the mystery surrounding time travel and ascertain whether its potential lies solely within the realm of our dreams.

The Pegasus Project

This project, which explores the possibilities of human time travel, became the subject of a film series released in 2012. Initially thought to be a work of science fiction, some individuals have come forward claiming that the Pegasus Project is a real and successful endeavor. Notably, those who confirm the authenticity of the project are not ordinary individuals.

According to these accounts, the project is said to involve the late physicist Tesla. Even former Presidents Clinton and Obama are claimed to have participated. What secrets does this project truly entail, and what benefits do they aim to gain from it?

In August 2002, the National Geographic Society received a paper proposing the existence of extraterrestrial life on Mars. It suggested that aliens had long been present on Mars, and the United States had even used teleportation to send humans there. The astonishing part is that the author of this paper is no other than Andrew Basiago, a candidate in the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

Aside from running for president, Andrew Basiago is a well-known lawyer in Vancouver. Born in 1961, he excelled academically from a young age, graduating with honors from the law department at Cambridge University. Later, he pursued five degrees, including history and philosophy, at the University of Los Angeles. At the age of 9, he was secretly recruited to participate in the experiment. Initially, 140 children were involved, but only 14 made it to the core project, and he was one of them.

Time Travel

In 1972, after undergoing numerous training sessions, Andrew Basiago embarked on his first mission in East Hanover, New Jersey. His inaugural task was to travel back to the year 1863 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on the same day when the renowned U.S. President Lincoln would be present. His mission was to deliver a letter to President Lincoln.

On the planned day, he entered a large room where a substantial machine stood in the center. Upon activation, the machine emitted a sparkling substance, somewhat resembling the particles of a curtain. This substance was referred to as radiant energy, possessing the ability to bend time. When the radiant energy appeared, they had to move forward, and the original temporal surroundings gradually faded away. Mysterious bright lights continuously rotated around them.

As it was his first time traversing time, Andrew felt nervous and, during the process, unexpectedly lost one of his shoes. When he tried to retrieve it, the image of the shoe suddenly disappeared. He had no choice but to continue walking with one bare foot. Soon, the surrounding intense light gradually disappeared, and he found himself in Gettysburg in the year 1863.

Just as he arrived in Gettysburg, a peculiar man approached him. This man introduced himself as John Lawrence Burns and claimed to be there to assist Andrew. After a brief conversation, John hurriedly took Andrew to a shoe store, where they quickly purchased a pair of adult-sized shoes. Together, they rushed to the location where Lincoln was delivering his speech. Upon their arrival, many people cast peculiar glances at Andrew, not only because he was wearing adult-sized shoes but also due to his clothing from the 1970s.

At that moment, a photographer captured a picture of him, showing Lincoln in the background. This photograph served as evidence of Andrew Basiago’s time travel. Shortly after the photo was taken, Basiago located President Lincoln and successfully delivered the letter.

At this point, the pre-set time for the journey had elapsed, and he was instantly transported back to New Jersey in 1972.

In addition to this journey, Andrew Basiago was also sent back to the night of Lincoln’s assassination. The Pegasus Project coordinators expressed a peculiar interest in him witnessing the exact moment when Lincoln was killed, hoping to identify the assailant. This raised suspicions, prompting questions about whether John Wilkes Booth was the true assassin of Lincoln.

Unfortunately, despite six attempts, they couldn’t witness the assassination moment. Andrew, however, was certain he heard gunshots, and on several occasions, he even saw people screaming and fleeing Ford’s Theatre.

Mars Colonization

In addition to time travel, in 1981, at the age of 19, Andrew Basiago participated in another experimental teleportation project. This project was conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) with the goal of exploring Mars and confirming the existence of extraterrestrial life on the planet. For this experiment, he was taken to a secret space-time teleportation location in California operated by the CIA.

Within this laboratory, there was a very small room referred to as the “jump room.” This space was so confined that it could only accommodate one person, surrounded by prism-like structures. When the machine started operating, he felt a mysterious energy coursing through his body. Soon, the surroundings began to spin continuously, and in no time, the space around him disappeared, and he found himself on Mars.

According to him, Mars is a place where humans can survive, and he observed various alien flora and fauna. One of the most memorable sightings was a pterodactyl-like creature that resembled those extinct on Earth. Aside from these remarkable extraterrestrial plants and animals, Mars was also home to another intelligent civilization. With the assistance of this extraterrestrial civilization, the United States successfully established a colony on Mars. This civilization is believed to be the Martians. The reason behind the U.S. colonization of Mars was a proactive response to the eventual depletion of Earth’s resources or other crises that could lead to extinction.

Besides Basiago, other participants in the Mars project included Obama and Clinton. When he encountered Obama, Obama was not even called Obama; his name was Barry Soetoro. Surprisingly, some later revelations asserted that Obama indeed changed his name, and before the name change, he was Barry Soetoro. More shockingly, these sources claimed that Obama was not a U.S. citizen by birth; he initially held Indonesian citizenship. According to the U.S. Constitution, both the President and Vice President must be natural-born U.S. citizens to assume office.

Supporters of these claims presented various pieces of evidence, while Obama’s team vehemently denied these allegations, asserting that they were baseless. Interestingly, Basiago mentioned that during their encounter, he and Obama engaged in debates due to differing political ideologies. After their debate, another project participant rushed over to Basiago and advised him to be kind to Barry Soetoro because he was the future president.

Later, Basiago discovered that all participants in the project would play crucial roles in future political systems. This revelation seemed incredibly surreal. According to conspiracy theorists, the U.S. seemingly began cultivating future presidents from a young age because leaders like Lincoln and Kennedy were initially resistant to obedient cooperation. Hence, the U.S. allegedly sought to groom a compliant leader from an early age.

At this point, one might wonder how the U.S. suddenly acquired the ability to traverse through time and space, as claimed by Basiago. According to his account, the Pegasus Project appeared to interconnect various long-standing conspiracy theories.

Tesla

It all began in 1943 when the U.S. military conducted a sensational experiment at a shipyard in Philadelphia. The most astonishing aspect of this experiment was that not only could the U.S. Navy render a massive warship invisible instantaneously, but it could also teleport the ship to the Norfolk base, which was 600 kilometers away.

Although this project made remarkable breakthroughs at the time, it also led to numerous terrifying consequences. After the experiment, scientists discovered that almost all participants suffered severe injuries, and some even developed serious mental illnesses.

There has long been a rumor about the Philadelphia Experiment, suggesting that besides Einstein, another great scientist, Nikola Tesla, participated in the experiment. Moreover, Tesla played a crucial role because the machine used in the experiment was his invention. In 1942, a year before the Philadelphia Experiment, Tesla successfully developed a teleportation device. When Tesla was elated about this achievement, extraterrestrials suddenly warned him that the electromagnetic radiation and display effects produced by the experiment could harm humans, even causing fatalities. Faced with this horrifying consequence, Tesla was determined to destroy the machine and passed away the following year.

Shortly after Tesla’s death, the persistent U.S. military confiscated some of Tesla’s research and approached Einstein to continue the experiment. This led to the subsequent Philadelphia Experiment. Unexpectedly, many terrifying events occurred after the experiment. The U.S. military had to terminate the experiment, but in reality, they upgraded the project’s secrecy level.

Following the Philadelphia Experiment, the U.S. military initiated the Phoenix Project, the precursor to the infamous Montauk Project, and the Pegasus Project was established around the same time. After numerous experiments, the U.S. military encountered a problem: regardless of how they adjusted the experiment, all participants experienced certain levels of mental issues after the experiment. In simple terms, they would lose their sanity or suffer mental disorders. However, children under the age of 10 did not exhibit these problems. Even after growing up, those who participated in training as children could continue to be part of the program. Hence, the Pegasus Project specifically chose children under 10 years old.

It might seem unbelievable to many readers at this point. After all, in Andrew Basiago’s account, there are numerous science fiction scenarios, and strangely, besides the accidentally captured photo of time travel, many participants in the Pegasus Project have come forward, confirming Basiago’s narrative. Among them is even the great-granddaughter of former U.S. President Eisenhower.

Eisenhower’s Granddaughter

Not long after Andrew Basiago came forward with his revelations, at a time when many regarded it as a joke, Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, the great-granddaughter of former U.S. President Eisenhower, surprisingly stepped forward to support Basiago’s claims. Laura stated that in 2006, a mysterious man approached her, claiming to be from an extremely secretive organization.

Due to Laura’s lineage, they hoped she would go to Mars and lead the humans already present there. Laura referred to this man as Agent X. Before Agent X could finish speaking, Laura burst into laughter, considering it the funniest joke she had ever heard. However, as Agent X continued, he revealed many details about Laura’s childhood that only she and her parents would know. This caused Laura to stop laughing, as she found it strange that someone could be so well-informed about her life. Agent X claimed they had been monitoring her since she was a child, leaving Laura puzzled, as she questioned the extent to which someone could surveil an individual.

Certain events that occurred involved only Laura, making it unlikely that a second person would know about them. Due to the eerie nature of these revelations, Laura promptly rejected Agent X. It wasn’t until after Basiago’s disclosures that Laura realized they might have used a time machine to learn about her past events. With this revelation, Laura began to consider that Basiago’s mention of the Mars project might indeed be true.

Laura had publicly expressed her belief that, before her great-grandfather Eisenhower, the U.S. had already signed secret agreements with extraterrestrials. She claimed that a secret organization had emerged, surpassing the power and capabilities of any government. The creation of the time machine was aimed at going back in time to correct any actions that might endanger the organization.

During the process of correcting history, some individuals would retain memories of the unaltered past, leading to what is known as the Mandela Effect. While there are skeptics who do not believe Basiago’s accounts, his supporters argue that he already had a certain social and economic status before coming forward, making it unnecessary for him to risk criticism by exposing this information. Moreover, even Eisenhower’s great-granddaughter publicly endorsed him.

According to Basiago, he had time-traveled to the future and witnessed himself becoming the President of the United States. Initially finding it absurd, he only resolved to reveal the Pegasus Project after his home was extensively searched by the FBI. He received death threats and, consequently, established the Truth Movement, urging the government to disclose the truth and immediately entered the race for the U.S. presidency.

Basiago believed that exposing himself in the public eye would safeguard his life. Additionally, he claimed that the U.S. would amend the age limit for presidential candidates by 2030, reducing it from the current thirty-five years to the twenties, allowing someone in their twenties to run for president. Therefore, in 2028, the U.S. would see the first female president, who would be very young, likely in her twenties. The future, as Basiago described, remains to be seen.
